"Let me start by saying you MUST have patience if you're going to get anything done here. They're learning, it's a teaching facility so expect delay's/ possible mistakes. I was here all day, not kidding- 6 hours, for all over color and a cut. I have thick, long hair. And, although it was the longest all over color of my life, it's also the best one yet. Each time a student needs to do something they must get their leader/teacher (I forget the actual name) to approve it and also come over to check them. It's extra steps, and its to make sure they're doing things correctly. You also might have to hold the conversation/ engage first most of the time. This clearly depends on the student and their personality, but it's also understanding given their want to concentrate. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and I will definitely be recommending/ returning in the future! Keep up the good work!"
