"I went in today to get set up with a bike after not having owned one in decades. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was! We went through what I was looking for, budget etc and tried fit and feel on a bunch of bikes - some I tried multiple times. And then when I asked about accessories they got me all set up with them and installed them before I left. The shop has a great look and feel and everyone was absolutely amazing. "Great LBS with awesome service selling Comfort Hybrid & Mountainbikes. I have a Giant CTX and wanted to get the wheels trued. The rear had a bit of wobble and the front needed spokes tightened. The shop I bought the bike from is out of business, so INRush is a Giant dealer and had great reviews, so I stopped in Micki and Charles were very friendly and helpful with my questions. The could fix my wheels the same day. I left both and ran mid-day errands; Charles called to tell my wheels were ready for pickup. I looked over both wheels; true to within one mm, and tight spokes throughout. I had two rides on Saturday and Sunday afterwards, and the bike felt more secure and responsive. Since they are a Gaint dealer, I can get OEM parts for my CTX; I will go here before an internet search. I have bought from INRush since 2016, usually for small tools and gear. The shop has always been great and this visit has made all of my rides since better. I did not have to wait and paid a fair price for two trued wheels within a few hours. Bravo INRush Bikes!"
