"Buyer Beware We purchased a table and some chairs from here a couple of years ago and they were great, but I came here yesterday and the quality of inventory has really dropped. I was searching for a mini fridge, and purchased one yesterday, but I also ended up finding a chair for my office. Unfortunately the chair is too large for my office and I found a bunch of stains and rips on the back side once I got it out of the car. When I called to see if I could bring it back, the owner said they do not accept returns and that is “just the policy.” As a repeat customer who has also referred people to shop here, I do feel the owner could make an exception considering I spent nearly $400 here yesterday and would only be returning half of that. When someone tells me that they can’t do anything due to a policy they created then I have to enact my policy which is leave a review about the situation. If you have shopped here before, I would not recommend coming back as the inventory is in poor shape. If you do end up shopping here, just make sure you inspect every detail of the item and don’t let them hard sell you on leaving with the furniture right now because it’s the “last one” or it’s a “high quality brand that will go fast.”"

"Fort Pitt is an interesting store if you are looking for some different kind of furniture or accent pieces. Lot of used high end furniture. Some pieces are prices to sell, very reasonable. The staff is very helpful and is willing to give you a story on each piece. Furniture is labeled well so you know what you are getting and where it can from. Some pieces maybe scratched but can be repaired with some tender loving care. Where you are in the market for furniture, it’s worth the visit because you never know what you may find."

"If you have not been here, check it out before you spend thousands of dollars on new furniture. The stuff they sell is high quality hotel furniture from all over the country and we have several rooms of their products in our home BTW, my girlfriend is a furniture sales associate in a high end family owned business and we prefer to come here instead of spending the money on new Chinese made junk."
