"Horrible customer service, they're management and office workers will threaten to kick you out over keeping things on your porch, they're maintenance team is horrible, and they hardly care about they're residents"
"The pool is open but only after 4 pm and only when a pool monitor is available. Some of us work at night and can never use the pool when we are home during the day. The last 2 years it was open during the day. Still trying to figure out why us adults need to be "watched" when swimming with our kids, but wild teenagers can come swim alone while cussing, calling names and acting a fool. It's insane our rent is raised and we don't have access to the pool when we want or have the time to enjoy the amenities we pay for. Update - the gym is open but most of the stuff is broken and doesn't work properly."
"Lived here for over a year, and we absolutely love it. Generally quiet and peaceful and have never had any problems with management. Any small issues that have arisen have been taken care of. I truly appreciate having a place like this to live with my family. If you pay your rent and follow the rules, you too can live the good life!"
"This place could care less for its people. There has been mold in my mothers trailer for 3 years now and they have failed to take care of the problem and parts of the floor caving in. I’m doing this review because my mom is too nice but it’s about time someone lets you guys know how this place cares for its people. Mom has contacted the manager multiple times and she does nothing nor has the decency to call my mom back to give an update upon the situation."
"I called asking how much renting a trailer is. She said there's a 3 year waiting list to rent. I asked what about buying a trailer. She said one will be ready soon and it's $98,000. I drove by the one for $98,000 and it's an old trailer not worth $15,000 let alone $98,000. There are several vacant trailers and none of them are for sale. I went into office asking why i didn't see any for sale signs. She said they are listed online and that is a lie. The scummy looking maintenance man was following me around in his truck the entire time i was there. These people are lazy. They want to sit on their buts and do nothing."
