"Stayed here for a conference. On the whole, a single room with a desk and full bathroom wasn't bad. I was allergic to whatever they washed the sheets in. The eduroam wifi didn't connect and the at&t wifi had to reconnect every 20 minutes. The shower head didn't have an adjustable angle, was 7 ft off the ground, and mostly hit the opposite wall instead of me."
"First Street Towers is similar to riding a kayak into a river that flows at hundreds of miles per hour. You know what you’re getting into, but sometimes it sucks. However, if you can extract all of the negative experiences, it’s actually a good time. Shoutout the first street front desk. Appreciate you."
"This is a dorm on the Purdue campus. We just moved our oldest son in a few days ago for his freshman year. Nice-looking building inside and out. It was clean and appeared very well maintained. He got a single room, with a bathroom in it. That's about as good as it gets unless your parents are millionaires or something. If you are moving a student in, the one thing that might throw you off is that there are several "First Street Towers" buildings right next to each other. When we pulled up the first time, we thought it was just one building (they are pretty close together) & spent a few accidental minutes on the right floor of the wrong building. Just check the letter with their room number; "C" for central, "W" for West, etc."
