"Had packages stolen, had our patio furniture stolen, foreigners think they own the place and try to walk right in or stand at your patio door, kids constantly screaming in the middle of the not and a Manger that says she is going to do something about the place and she don't, says she is there for the residents but doesn't seem that way"
"The place has a bunch of thieves they steal your Amazon packages the kids are never watched they throw ball at the cars long with jumping on em and shooting at them nobody says anything to them. Certain people are aloud to have 4 or 5 cars so the people who have only one car don't have a place to park. It's stupid. I do not recommend these appointments to anyone that's American if you're from another country then you can do what you want!!!!"
"This is a decent place to live. However with all the people who live here and kids it is a bit crowed espically with parking. Depending on what time of day you get home you may or may not have a spot free by your building. Secondly, some of the kids are rude to other tennats when asked to keep toys and games away from a car. I realize its a choice to live here but when the owner of the car asks you to stay away from his car be mindful and listen. Thirdly, i hkpe certain matinence things get resolved a little faster then bofore if one is brought up."
"You guys keep raising rents. These apartments are not worth the money you guys charge. Will not be renewing my lease. Nothing's Updated and my air conditioner is 25 years old. And they will not replace it with the new better one it smells when I runs"
