"Apparently this site is only for The Landing Apartments. However, I see many reviews UN-related to the apartments. I removed a post regarding Nawa (on the Landing). Perhaps the reviews regarding ambiance, historic Ft. Wayne, and small businesses on the Landing should be removed as well."

"I love walking around here, checking out all the latest developments, and meeting the people, and having everything in a reasonable distance. This kind of urban design needs to be spread all over Fort Wayne for everyone's sake, not just drivers."

"Wonderful, beautifully aesthetic, apartments. The exposed brick and high ceilings and abundant kitchen storage was awesome!! Loved living there! Model Group/Lindsey were so accommodating and communicated very well. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves the downtown area and even if you don't, try it out. So much going on. AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE!"

"The landing apartments do not even deserve a 1 star. They deserve a 0 star! The management team is trash. They do not answer phone calls and take forever to respond to emails. If you’re looking for a management team that actually cares go elsewhere. The only good thing about this place is the location. Three rivers apartment has a great management team. They answer calls and actually reach back out to you!"
