"I dislike the scam yall are trying to run on me. I lived here almost five years ago, l left because a neighbor threate mlm my life and admit it so l was told how to break my lease from the landlord at the time Jayetan Hayes. I still have my move out video to prove how clean and empty l left the unit. I called the collections folks and the states l owe fpr cleaning a LIE, like l said l still have the video as proof. I keep all my move out videos especially when the office staff have inconsistencies. I wish l could add the video to this review as I looked through all these options and its not letting me l could only add pictures."

"Communication from this property is very poor. I called for a week straight everyday with no response. The office staff is unprofessional. If you are one to enjoy responsive staff this is NOT the property for you."

"Let me say I don't like how they conduct business... I had filled out an application online for a 3 bedroom 2 baths... The property manager told me to pay for the application fee. Which was 100 dollars for me and my 19 year old son. I did exactly that... Not only to mention that when I filled out the application online it was stated for one set price... Which that's a lie because the price went up 120 dollars more. She also stated, that it was a holding fee for 195 dollars... I paid that as well... She made it seem as if there was a unit available right away. I was so excited to move into It, but than she turned around and told me that someone has gotten that unit... I was like ok. Let me be patient. I told her to give me a date so I can currently put in a 30 days notice in my current apartment I'm residing in.. She never given me an exact date... She turned around and called me saying they could move me in within a few days but I had to pay first month rent and a pro rated amount before the first of the month. I was like I don't have that amount because I wasn't told that... I can't get none of the money back for the application fee or the holding fee... I just feel the least they can do is give you the holding fee back... Just not acceptable"

"This place is terrible. The pictures are not correct. It’s looks nothing like any of these on the interiors. They tow your car and make you pay for it when they resurface the parking lot. They didn’t give anyone notice about it and just had people yelling outside to move your car. Several people are working on getting a law suit together. There is trash everywhere and they do not empty the dumpsters. There is constant violence and shootings in the parking lots. Maintenance never fixes anything except painting the building 5 times on the outside. There is mold in most apartments and they won’t fix it. The staff is dismissive and unfriendly making it hard to do anything. They constant fire alarms being pulled is another issue as well. This place is terrible and they wanna raise the prices for the rent. It’s not worth what it was in the first place and it’s definitely not worth more. Also if you sign a lease with a lower rent payment and they can’t charge you more they will try to evict you and get you to leave so they can charge more."

"Where should I start... trash problem, wish I can upload a video on here. How hard is it to hire a cleaning service? Health department has been called because there was literally a mountain of trash surrounding the apartment entrance. Unattended work orders from my upstairs neighbor caused the bathroom ceiling to fall. Unattended work order in my unit caused black mold in my son's bedroom closet. There is black mold on all of our window seals. Neighbors leave smelly trash outside, can't let my kids play outside or sit on the patio because of the awful stench. The man working in the office is very rude. In my opinion slumlords who only want government money. Treat low income people like nothing then have the audacity to remind people to pay rent. A letter was put on my door and I wasn't even late paying. P.S. I been put in work orders, called the office etc! *Update* it's July 16, 2022 8-9 months after I left my first review. Nothing has changed, I seen the life pictures on the new website. They look nice but that's not what it really looks like. There is still a mountain of trash at the entrance, The complex has a permanent trash smell. You wake up to trash and go to sleep to trash. That's how they treat you, like trash! Nothing in the apartment has been fixed or nobody hasn't even contacted me. Only except text mess notifications to remind us to pay rent."
