"They have a 24-hour airport shuttle which is so awesome. The room is outdated. It does have a microwave and fridge which is good! The room ac/heat unit is loud. It rattles. The bed creaks when you roll over."

"Stayed there on consecutive trips for one night ... abrupt, surly guy on front desk the first trip ... then a joker who thought it was a hoot to make fun of my British accent. I typically have no issue ... I have had to deal with it for decades and it rolls off me ... but I don't expect to be treated that way when checking in to a hotel late evening, tired, and have never met the dude from Adam. Highly presumptuous and not professional."

"Everything was great :) room was nice. Bed was cozy and warm. Breakfast decent. I had a flight today and the zipper on my bag for my toiletries broke. Seeing as how I had just a carryon bag I didn't know what to do. So I asked at the front desk at checkout and the lady working was so kind to give me a replacement bag. She's phenomenal!"

"Located off Ameriplex Pkwy and Exploration Drive down the very end of Hatfield Drive. I got in very late, or really early in the morning, and immediately was impressed with the lobby. It looks very nice and was very clean. After taking in the lobby, I ventured over to the check-in desk and was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smiles! The two staff at the check-in desk were both very friendly and welcoming. Thank you both for that. The room was nice and clean. The toilet however, probably could use a little TLC as it was leveled with a plastic shim. I'm assuming it was due to a replacement flooring. The shim was in the front of the toilet and caused the toiled to rock slightly side-to-side. I'll finish off strong with a very welcomed service that this location in particular offered, and that's shuttle service to and from the airport, regardless of the time! I'll be honest, this was definitely the reason why I opted for this location since my flight was coming in really late at night! Thank you soo much. I'd definitely stay here again in future visits!"
