"Currently going up on prices blaming it on the water company "false" according to code of health. Charge 650 for 1 bedroom. then charge for water that has to be paid with rent for a 1 bedroom. This isnt even the price for an upgraded apt. They charge extra for moving in the winter compared to summer time. Maintenance steals because there is no forced entry and office staff says its not them. They charge a cleaning fee of 150 when you move out and if you leave anything they charge way more. Maintenance stole my washer and dryer while I was moving. Then they charged me for it saying I left it. When I wasn't finished moving and moved out early. I left for an hour to come back kto my stuff gone. So now I have charges on my credit because Motenance stole. He is a creeper too. If they don't see your car they will let themselves into your apartment"

"My boyfriend and I have lived here over a year. We are so pleased. The maintenance man, Dave, is so kind, friendly, and professional. I couldn't ask for anyone better to help when there's a problem. I don't think anyone living here could. The office staff here is friendly and answer your questions thoroughly too. Things are gonna happen when you rent but these folks are no nonsense and I am extremely grateful. Again, thanks Dave. Also, my dog loves you and that doesn't just happen. You're a hard worker and a good soul."

"Great apartments use to live there for like 5 years. Yes there is a few mice and roaches. But very comfortable. Now I see it is over priced. My daughter lives there, Actually we both moved there at the same time. I had a stroke and had move out and in with my oldest daughter. But when I lived there the office workers was great at all times. Not sure what happen beside switching workers that don't give a damn."

"Pretty awesome place to live. Quiet in the neighborhood, with minimal traffic within the complex. No bugs or mice. One of the office ladies seems to be a bit stand-offish; but has NO problem being super friendly with my fiance. Other's complain about her too, but she seems to be doing her job other than being picky about who gets "good customer service". Pet deposit isn't too expensive nor is the application fee. Rent is well priced. Laundry room is kept very clean and well maintained. During winter they stay on top of cleaning the walkways. Neighbors are nice and normally quiet."
