"Caveat emptor. This property is not safe. You may experience one or more of the following crimes. In under eleven months of living here, * one break-in and theft of tools from work vehicle, * a second break-in of work vehicle, * a hit and run that damaged personal vehicle significantly and also damaged work vehicle. Management displays little to no regard concerning crime that occurs here. Their pat answer is "crime can occur anywhere." That is true, but even a modicum of security (maybe some inexpensive wireless security cameras from Amazon?) could go a long way toward deterring crime. Unfortunately, not here. Moving. You might want to reconsider coming here to begin with."
