"Dont live out there personally,but i have a daughter with children tht does,she loves her place but the only complaint i here her have is the parking there are people thats always in the spots tht only the tenants should occupy that have parking tags they park in these spaces after the office close because they know they wont get towed but its not fair to the tenants tht come home late and have too park far from there doors please correct the problem , start towing these cars and so they will know tht there is repercussians if they park where they not suppose too Thank you for understanding. I decided to make this reply because my daughter is afraid her car mite get damaged."

"Called today to inquire about there apartments and was meet with a lady with a very nasty attitude she hung up in my face as I was still asking questions when I called back she was very rude and kept cutting me off as a person that works in leasing that is very unprofessional and disgusting how she is treating potential residents"

"Horrible management !!!! They tell you to park places and still tow apartments is full of drama that management allows. Throw the whole office staff away. Pedcor Homes Corporation I think you should do more pop ups on staff. No my name is not in your data base I don’t want to reach out too BAD BUSINESS HYDEE YOU Should really be more involved professionally instead of being a Karen and stop acting clueless to everything oh I forgot your never at work got your assistant harassing people she is new didn’t introduce herself but harassing us around here"

"This place is a joke. They have no maintenance man to even fix the stuff you need fixed. The lady in the office leaves 6 times a day to go to the store. They take forever to make any income adjustments. They never return phone calls. The park they have isn't even a park it's just swings that are falling apart and a slide. The garbage cans get over filled to fast and they expect you to hold garbage in your house or take it to a empty dumpster."
