"Always getting bought out. Always short staffed. They have bad water problems and when getting something fixed it takes forever or sometimes never. They not understanding and when it’s they fault they don’t accommodate you give your the run around. They will not give you corporate number or any higher ups number you have ALWAYS here something back. Been living there 2 years and I CAN HONESTLY SAY THE FIRST YEAR WAS THE BEST YEAR. Whoever has bought these apartments suck. I don’t recommend. Maybe if they had more staffed who knows what they doing. My apartment flooded from an apartment upstairs and it took them a month in a half to fix all the water issues it happened in November 9th it got fixed after Christmas and i still don’t have light fixtures up here’s a picture of my light with standing water in it. They double charge now on water they don’t know what they doing they don’t answer and they will not give u anybody number to speak to someone over them……. But I’m sure the people over them is worse."

"Been here almost 4 years, and management continues to significantly decline. They don’t respond to maintenance requests. They don’t respond to emails. No follow up is done when they say they’re going to do something. Referred my mom here, and Oh, and they called the police on her for being frustrated and cussing (no threats made or violent actions). The only response she received is from Ashley stating “I don’t have to talk to you” after they haven’t answered the phone in over a month. The only way to reach someone is to go into the office IF there is someone there. They make excuses as to why things aren’t done: “I have over 200 emails,” “I don’t have anyone to send right now,” “I’m working on getting new staff.” It doesn’t appear they’re doing any of the things they say. Rent is $1300+, and they absolutely do not care to uphold their responsibilities. We can’t even access the workout area because “the WiFi doesn't work.” Something we pay for. Asked Ashley to send out communication emails, did she? No. I don’t know what kind of hiring is going on or dirty work behind the scenes, but I love my apartment however management is absolutely trash. If I could find an apartment with the same amount of space in a convenient area, I would move immediately. Thankfully the issues within my apartment have been minor and able to be addressed without help from the helpless owners/management."

"I applied online and before I did I went into the office and spoke with someone about the fees. I was told that the app fee would be a 65 non-refundable fee for a background check & credit check, and a 200 dollar holding fee/deposit is supposed to go towards your move-in date and be refunded if you are denied. I was denied which is ok. I asked for a refund for the 200 dollars since I was denied. Now the lady is saying that it is non-refundable. These people are crazy. I wouldn’t move here they are literally understaffed and liars I wasted 265 dollars to be told no. When before I applied I asked would I get a refund if I was denied.. horrible management & a horrible experience especially when I went into the office 01/09/2024 at 5:17pm."

"Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Very unprofessional they have recently went under new management and now we are being doubled charged for water and gas . If you call the office no one answers but when i go around to the office they are sitting in there on their phones but can’t answer the office phone . I’m fed up and can’t wait to move . They keep charging me for renters insurance when i pay my own renters and tell me how they can’t take off the charge. Do not move here i don’t recommend at all"

"Worst communication I’ve ever seen. We drove 30 minutes to tour these apartments (also, the pictures make the complex look much nicer than it is). When we arrived the office was locked. I received a confirmation email 2 hours before our tour. Just 10 minutes before our scheduled tour I finally got ahold of someone on the phone, just for them to tell me they had been working from home for weeks and no one was there to give us a tour. If this is how management communicates with prospective renters, I don’t want to know how poor their communication is with their current tenants. Incredibly frustrating and a big red flag. Do not come here!"
