"Quiet community, and close to a lot of shops, grocery and restaurants. How ever in the two years I lived here the my car was broken into. I called the office and absolutely nothing was done! Parking is terrible. My first night living there, there was a huge gap between the frame and the front door in my living dining area. And when I called to put in a request I got the worst attitude from the staff. Toilets were also changed from my neighbors unit and left directly in front of my door. Yes the old and dirty toilets. And I caught so much lip when I asked for someone to come and move them. Ben and Dalton have to be the most rude individuals I have ever encountered in a rental office!! I just moved in October, and to make matters worse I’m being charged $549 to replace carpet!! The carpet had normal wear and tear after living there for two years. No major stains. And when I call the office to discuss this bill, they never answer the phone! Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend Shadeland Station to ANYONE!!"

"I lived here a few years back and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Maintenance was prompt, courteous and professional. The office staff was very friendly and helpful, and the community was nice and quiet. I worked with Ben a lot during my time there and he is an awesome staff member. Unfortunately extenuating circumstances led to me having to leave, but I have now secured an apartment back at my favorite complex. I am over the moon that I get to come back. Thanks for all you do and keep it up!"
