"During the summer fun shots and fights. Mice and roaches and they towed my car the day before rent is due I told them over a month and half ago I was moving. The girl in the office told me to pay 1,200 and I would be able to move. Here I am 5 days before I’m supposed to move now the lady that worked in the office that told me that had been fired and there telling me I owe them another 1890 after I already paid 1,200. The manager hasn’t gotten back with me. I still haven’t been sent anything to sign !!! The lady in the office never retired my call I had to call up there. She’s never in the office I went up there for 4 days straight with no and no one was in the office. I called corporate and no one has responded yet"

"The ladies in the office do such a wonderful job! It is unfortunate that they get all of the heat and the slack due to everything that's going on behind the scenes! I have been waiting for my account to be fixed for 2 months ( being over charged) in fact because of my account not being fixed I'm unable to use a feature that they offer to help with my rent which is called flex unfortunately because my account is all jacked up I'm unable to use that feature & the ladies in the office have been jumping through hoops trying to get this situation rectified for the past 2 months I just feel that it is unfortunate that they receive all of the slack in the heat for something that they have no control of because of corporate not handling their business on their end! Make no mistake about my ratings this is for the ladies going above and beyond in the office not the corporate or the property itself is because I feel sorry for everything that the ladies have to go through in that office!"

"I called Autumn trails and spoke to Aisha about a client of mine getting an apartment. She was very professional and helpful. She assisted my client with everything she needed and asked me to send her over. Once we got there, Heather was very helpful with getting her an application and explaining the process. I had questions for the maintenance man (due to my client having bad experiences in the past), and Dave was very knowledgeable and reassured us maintenance request would be responded to very quickly. "This is a nice community, ran by a great property director Aisha, she’s so nice if you looking for an apartment. You might can get in here but she keeps this place rented. The new maintenance guy Dave is one of the best one they’ve had in a long time. Heather the leasing agent is awesome too. I would recommend this community food for your money."
