"Do never trust the leasing office promises they will be promise you they will fix anything for you just to make sure you sign up the leas but after that her words has changed. I just moved to this apartment. In the first day I was chocked with the washer full of molds as shown in the video that I have attached. I have told the leasing office and they were very sorry in that day and promised me to change the washer. The lady told my husband they made an order to change the washer. after two weeks of waiting and waiting and went to them many times to follow up the order. They sent me a technician today telling me we just will change the seal of the washer. I can't imagine I would use this washer for washing my kids clothes!!!. And guess what? the order didn't arrive until this moment. so we have to wait more. imagine you have kids and can't use the washer for two weeks!! this is so much!!"

"My dog, fiancé, and I just moved out this past October in search of more space. We had nothing but the best time while staying at R56. Rich and, Angel, and the crew were nothing but helpful when our AC started to fail. For the price, we felt it was a great deal. The neighborhood was quiet. The walls were a little thin, but overall, with the added security cameras and lighting, we felt safe our entire stay there. Upon leaving, the minor repairs fees requested we felt were on par with the damage we had done. I even guessed what would be charged: carpet and a few blinds. Overall for the price, 5/5"

"One of the worst places I've ever lived and here's a list of reason you should not live here. 1. When I first moved in, there was not heat for over a week. I had to find other housing because it was freezing outside. This was the fault of the apartment complex, not the gas company. 2. They amenities and office are closed randomly and with little to no notice. 3. Multiple times when I would call, they would hang up on me. 4. Maintenance personal would leave our apartment disgusting and left used body jewelry in my shower (pretty sure they used my shower but the complex did nothing when I complained. 5. When I moved in, the condition of the apartment was extremely poor and they still charged me a ton of money when I moved out. 6. They TOWED MY CAR without cause and I had to pay over $200 to get it back. The list could go on forever. Do yourself a favor and pay slightly higher costs to live somewhere that is actually livable."
