"These are by far the WORSE apts to live in..the gate stays broke all sorts of traffic comes in and out blasting music in front of the buildings...guys hangs inside and outside of buildings sitting on the steps ... smoking marijuana because the building doors are broke they are supposed to stay locked for the protection of the tenants ..the doors have NOT been fixed since the apts allowed the old tenants to move back in over 4years...so anyone can come in making it VERY UNSAFE FOR US....it's so unsafe over here the hired security company doesn't even come out to patrol the apts.... some residents car windows have been busted out because the lighting at night is horrible and there are men that walks around these apts at night approaching tenants...not to mention the cameras in the buildings they don't work either...I thought these apt was totally renovated but they aren't save your money rent elsewhere NOT FROM HERMAN AND KETTLE these apts are HALF done we ONLY have 3cabinets in our apt they allow the tenants to have Pitbull dogs lose an they will tell you they will get your carpet clean but when it's time they tell you that you have to pay to get your own carpet clean"

"These apartments are the worst in Indy. Starting with the owners(Herman & Kettle), to front office and ending with the maintenance personnel THEY DON'T RESPOND TO ANY EMERGENCY ISSUES WHEN INFORMED IN A TIMELY MANNER. Then it takes months for them to come and the issue has possibly gotten worse. This must be true about the owners as well; who's only concern is the $$$$$ and not their tenants or property. I truly advise you to find another place to move and stay FAR away from these please and\or all Herman & Kettle owned places. You're going to keep getting ripped off by them."

"Worst experience with apartments hunting ever. I applied over a month ago and nobody in office knows what they are doing obviously. They had me send in documents for over the process of 4 weeks and still never got a response whether I was approved or not. Staff are rude and unprofessional and don't care to communicate any concerns potential residents have. They only accept low income or Section 8. I've been reaching out and been as patient as possible. My questions are ignored. I was given two different move in dates, but when those day comes everyone's confused. This whole week no one has reached out still. I DO NOT RECOMMEND."
