"The “Leasing Agents” are the most laziest agents ever. The office hours are posted right outside the Leasing Office, weekends are supposed to be open from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm both Saturday and Sunday. They closed the office and they don’t answer the phones either during “office hours” weekends. I’m not sure if the owner is aware that she’s paying these lazy “leasing agents” to sit on their fat bottoms and do nothing . I can hear them laughing when I went to knock on the door. Very unprofessional and rude."

"I'm writing in regards to the new management coming on site taking care of hot water issues fixing leak issues it has all been resolved I've gotten replacement partial ceiling in bath area done a terrific job paint was done awesome I just wanna Thank Maison Gardens, New Management, Maintenance on site the Team that has come in to help the Apts to get them on a good start..I've had rodents roaches but I'm doing my best to remove those things as well as maintenance getting holes filled placing sticky traps, poison on ground wherever needed...Again I'm feeling much better about making Maison much better..I have been living here since 2017..."

"ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! This place needs to be BURNED DOWN ! I REPORTED BED BUGS AND SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE THEM BUT THERE THEY LIVED IN THE CARPET BECAUSE OF THE ROACHES I USED AIR BEDS. Now NO BODY going to tell me i brought them when i just got the bed out the box. First day when I got my key A PREGNANT ROACHE GREETED ME AT THE DOOR. MICE WHERE THERE AS WELL. THEY SHOULD BE PAYING PEOPLE TO LIVE HERE !!!"

"I’ve worked at mason gardens for years and from then and until I found other work everything was great. The property looks great and the staff are very friendly and cooperative, especially the property manager Tara. She was very nice, and friendly, and was very leaning as long as you did you work. Over all very good place to work or live."

"These people made my mom and I sign a lease for 1 year, with the stipulation that if you moved before your lease was up you had to pay back the incentives (free first month's rent and last month's rent) They evicted us because they had an exterminator "trace" the roaches to our apartment, but it had roaches when we moved in as well as mice. I even asked them and they said they always have roaches, but we made the problem worse. I told them that it had roaches when we moved in, they blamed us for not telling them about the problem. They came in our apartment and took pictures without our consent. When the place was cleaned for inspections, they would always cancel and change the date so when they came out it wasn't clean enough to their standards. When they evicted us they tried to charge us for the cost of extermination, and the incentives, they also charged us for the final month we were there even though they promised free rent for the last month. They're charging us for the "free" month and to pay it back for being free even though they charged us. That's $1,000 in just that, nearly $4,000 total. They also evicted other people, please do not move here they will evict you just to get money. The management staff are rude and evil people. My mom passed away and now they are after me to pay it and have ruined my credit before I had a chance to go out in the world."
