"I’d give ZERO STARS IF I COULD ….DONT MOVE HERE , after you move in they don’t answer their calls and when they do they have an attitude Since the day we freaking moved in their cheap vinyl floor been lifting and we were charged 1,034.13 for nothing that we did ??? They just want to take your money!!!! This place sucks , dog poop all over the grass EVERYWHERE u can’t even stand outside your place because there’s poop everywhere, They will not work with you, everyone in that office is clueless!!! It took them months to come replace our washer and dryer. The drawers insides were scratched off This place is overall awful DONT LIVE HERE"

"Keeneland Crest Apartments has been a complete disappointment from start to finish. Not only did they overcharge us for various moving-out expenses, but they also conveniently 'forgot' to return our deposits, leaving us out of pocket and feeling cheated. On top of their financial exploitation, the grounds were constantly plagued by dog feces, making walks around the complex a nauseating and unsanitary experience. It's evident that the management prioritizes profit over the well-being of its residents, making Keeneland Crest a regrettable choice for anyone seeking a decent living environment. Steer clear unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and wading through a sea of dog waste."

"what I can say is that these apartments are beautiful yes expenses as I don't know what. Also yes but you paid $260 to apply to this apartment complex only to get rejected by them because your credit history is not good enough even though they said they don't go off of credit and they have a program for you to get into that everybody gets approved for but u dont get approved from that company so you're out of $260. n they like u get 100$ back but the kicker you don't get it bk to your card no u gt to wait 45 days for them to mail u a check... I know a lot of apartment complexes want money but these people here definitely really want your money. They will waste your time because nobody explains to me when I was there that if I am rejected for whatever reasons, then my money will come back to me in a check in almost 45 business days and mind you not I paid with the card any other apartment companies that I applied for and I didn't get approved for for whatever reasons my money is back on my card within three days"

"The management of this apartment is super horrible. They keep charging money for this and that. Even moving out is such a hassle. They keep charging us for things. ITS TOTALLY NOT FAIR. And there’s dog poop everywhere and they don’t do anything thing about that. The office is always close for some reason and no one picks up the phone. The people who work there are lazy and they suck. And to add on top of all that, their parking spaces are so small."

"I moved in here the month of August and so far I am very happy! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, not to mention so close to grocery stores, gas stations, the Greenwood mall, business plazas etc. And Commute to most places is great because we are located right near the highway! The maintenance team has responded to all of my concerns in a timely manner and the office staff is very helpful."
