"I am very pleased with maintenance and their sense of urgency. I put in a request today for several items that I needed updated. Andre came out in less than a couple hours of my request. He handled each item with a sense of urgency and CARE. He also took the time to answer questions that I had regarding my appliances. I am very grateful and it is such a relief to get everything done accurately with care. In addition to this, I have noticed incredible change in the entire community. GOOD change. New management has been beyond wonderful. Property is now clean, apartments are getting updated, office staff is very friendly. They truly have shown me that they care about the residents and the community. I have felt welcome going in the office to get my questions answered. The communication and updates have been great. I am extremely pleased. Thank you to Tati in the office as well. She has been extremely helpful and courteous."

"I must say that we have been through so many different Property Managers. However, the team that we have now is simply amazing. When I need to put in a work order, they are on it within a timely manner. The maintenance team has been so pleasant and professional. I was not going to sign another lease, but this team called me to fix all the problems I was having. So with that being said I’m here for one more year. I’ve been here for 8 years and this team is by far the best we’ve seen in a long time. Good job guys."

"Management is constantly trying to bury the bad reviews, but I really urge you to listen to the bad reviews. They also try and get bad reviews removed, which is why mine is entirely gone. Management is discriminatory and rude. The trash smelling up the halls is true, and when I lived here my packages were regularly stole. Also, they will send any money owed to collections, no matter how small the amount. It's crazy that they want to chase after $80 when the amount of packages I had stolen easily cost more than that. ☺️ Worst place I've ever lived."
