"Before choosing these apartments speak to the surrounding neighbors on New York St. and form your own conclusions. One house directly behind this complex was vacated recently because of loud music, chaos in the rear parking lot, loud noises during the night etc. Entire neighborhood in surrounding Irvington extremely upset by what goes on here. Hole in fence at rear of parking lot provides exit whenever police show up."

"Office never answers and the fire alarm goes off for 20+ minutes every other week. No Maintence comes to turn it off so everyone has to wait for the fire trucks to come. No one understands what the issue is regarding the fire alarm and yet they continue not to look into it further. Homeless people living in the basement and walking throughout the apartment during the week."

"It's next to a a small park. I thought that would be a plus if occupied tenants has children"

"Office phone number needs to be updated if I keep calling only to get no answers or get hung up on. The call box by the front door looks promising as well but is frozen on the same screen and doesn't work. How are you able to be professional with no way to contact the residents or office"

"I LOVE MY APARTMENT!!! Just wish the building had an elevator. Neighbors are not very neighborly though. So sad. But I do live it here."
