"Property needs a lot of work. Mail boxes are practically all broken doors, so they don't lock. People breaking into apartments stealing from people who don't have much at all. Stealing food, mics.items people's identity cards you know return IDs bank card or SIM cards personal information so that they can change their stuff and have it rerouted to where they're at. Preying on the weak something really needs to be done about this place in the woman who runs it as a joke and she's not doing anything"

"Horrible managment. The worst kind!!!!!! Haven't had air/heat since November of last year(8 months) and they are still dragging their feet. Oh and to add insult to injury, they are now saying they don't have any record of turning the heat off in November even though their own personnel came into the unit to do it. keep your sanity. Stay away."

"First apartment, okay for what it was. Roaches REALLY bad , definitely not a safe space for a toddler or baby. crackheads walking around random people in the lobby area , got my apartment barged into a couple times. K2 heads everywhere. a missing girl was found here in Apartment A"

"This place should be burned to the ground. There are mice in every apartment not to mention cockroaches everywhere. The staff are rude as hell and there is at least one shooting a week outside or at the gas station next door. It's a horrible place to have children. I mean for a place that charges around 1000 for rent a month its pretty nasty. Also not to mention the crazy people who walk around screaming outside all the time. It's pretty messed up. Wish I could give them a zero star rating."
