"I was wondering how do we go about applying for an income based apartment the sites not loading and its sad people are trying to run this place in the ground you know the violence is very unfortunate but the community also needs to take a stand as one thenpekple are who male up the complex come together as one to make the place BETTER SAFER CLEANER ETC to some people at the end of the end day weather it's here or there it's their home. increase the peace ✌️"

"Look else where this place is horrible from squatters living in abandoned apartments to the shooting everyday..And lord don’t get me started on the rats and roaches.. maintenance doesn’t fix ANYTHING"

"I wouldn't dare tell anyone to move there was in a house fire back in March and the apartments manager told me that they can just let me out my lease that they had no other units they didn't pay for hotel nothing they did me so wrong and talk to you like you a kid ."

"When you call the office they take forever to get back to you, the dumpsters ARE SERIOUSLY OUT OF HAND it overflows and trash be everywhere literally!!!!! but they do give free for out to the kids in the summer I gotta put that out there if your looking for somewhere to live with good office people good maintenance this is not the place sorry about it PLUS the roaches here is tremendous and the mice in the winter time oh lord don’t even get me started"
