"Don't let the reviews scare you away. Overall this place is nice for what you pay. When i first moved in march 2019 there was roofing issues which they fixed by april i noticed mold in july that didnt get fixed until September. However there were alot of changes going on with employees. The office lady sherry is really nice and Jim ( i think thats his name)the new manager is helpful. Move out was easy and hassle free especially with covid. I would live here again"

"Don't do it. Worst managed apartment complex I've ever lived in. Past five months have gone through 6 different leasing managers. You get promised things that never go through and the responses are very slow. Maintenance isn't fast and I've never had my problems resolved quickly. For the price, It's a small amount of square footage. Utilities are cheap though."
