"I want to give a big shout out to these wonderful ladies in the office today. Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Ms. Delana Watson and Iyonna Pickens for going out of their way to help me with my application and submitting my documents as i was having a difficult time doing so at home, they even worked over the closing hours to help me. they was very nice and respectful to me and definitely wanted me to be great. I want to give them they flowers because they earned it. THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN."

"This place is the worst place to live. The neighborhood is bad and is getting worse. There is an insect infestation, and the maintenance does not spray insects and the weeds are like living in a jungle. It is not ADA compliant and when something breaks or needs fixing, the company just ignores the issue(s). When moving in it took me 8 months to get my mailbox key and that is wrong. If I could, I would give this apartment a -1000 stars and this apartment should be torn down."

"At first I was liking it there until the maintenance man lied like both my pit bulls bit him but had NOT 1 bite mark. The dr sent him home with an antibiotic. And they evicted me over false information. But the landlord was against me during the whole thing which made me look at her so much differently from when we first took care of business. The place is nice tho for the price. Really spacious and no complaints."

"I’ve been living at these apartments for almost 3 years now. I have seen this build transform in positive way. One of the things I noticed is, you have to report things to the office if you want them changed. This office really listen and care about your protection and peace of mind, and safety of your family. It’s more of working class people that live here now. One point it was constant traffic and weirdos walking around without destinations. I can strongly say I don’t see this behavior anymore. I think because more people are wanting better living environments so we are starting to come forward more. I feel that we have an office that actually listen and take action. This building has gone from 3 rating to 5 rating in just 6 months. I think it’s because the building is communicating with the office more. I was going to move when my lease was up, now I see how its stepped up considering staying…Good Job office and residents"

"Update: 10/06/2018 DO NOT MOVE HERE. They lie and steal your money. I moved out this year in August and received a letter stating I left $150 worth of damage but they never sent me a list of what was damaged. I have pictures to show exactly how I left the unit. Then I went to the office trying to speak to someone in regards to what was mailed to me; but the current office manager is very rude and full of herself when she has NO room to be. I left them with no balance on my account but when I received my check for my deposit return they took money from me that they did not need to even take. Then the check list that myself and my guy signed magically disappeared and they only have one that is very much inaccurate. The pool was never open on the days when it should be. If you have kids this is not the apartment for you either; there is NO place for your children to play safely and tenants and their guests are always flying thru when driving speed bumps and all! Then I tried to send them the check they sent me back with the address they had listed in the letter and it was sent back to me stating that the address listed was not valid! Again DO NOT MOVE HERE! THIS property does nothing but steal and lie for NO reason at ALL. I have and never was a bad tenant. I have posted below the pictures of how the apartment was left. It had normal wear and tear with having a 6 year old child in the home like most things but not $150.00 worth of damage. The only thing I do not get the clean when we moved were the floors because we had already packed up the mops and stuff, but the floors were swept and everything I could wipe down and clean I did! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!"
