"This place is the worst! We moved on to a dirty apartment and broken toilet that took so long to get fixed! They said you have another bathroom in the apartment so it is not an emergency! Management is horrible and very rude!!! Lisa was a horrible manger and rude and could not handle a thing! The only good thing was the location and ONLY THE LOCATION!"
"This place is a Joke! Management is horrid and amenities are only good when they are functional. The carpets weren't cleaned before moving in. Also had a cracked stove top which was replaced by a used one; probably from another apartment. Dish washer was broke for 4 months before they finally replaced it. A work order would take days to be addressed and the odds the problem fixed in one visit was highly unlikely. I'm sure all locations managed by Sexton Properties are just as poorly run. Pretty much the only good thing about this place is the location. If you are looking for a downtown location I would look elsewhere."
