"I waited about 35 minutes to be called back for my new patient appointment. After this long of wait time I walked up to the receptionist and asked how much longer the wait would be. She told me she didn't know. I told her that I was not going to stay any longer. Not a good first impression of this office. My time is valuable as well. He explains everything in a way you can understand and he writes up awesome game plans, all things that shows he wants you to feel your best. I went in pretty close to having to be admitted, he spent so much time with me and we avoided a trip to the hospital! I feel they went above the call of duty that day!
