Reviews
"They therapists at the Illinois location are awesome! After having neck surgery, Jithmie, Michelle, and Crystal made sure that they treated ME. They brainstormed, worked as a team, and utilized all of their resources to make sure that my therapy was the most effective for my recovery."
"I originally just put my rating, but I have decided to respond since Parkview commented on my review. I went to physical therapy at Parkview in Illinois Rd for years. Some of the physical therapists I had were very good and really helpful. I was assigned a new physical therapy assistant who really ruined my experience. During our sessions he would not even be paying attention to me. He would be looking at his apple watch or talking about non work related things to the other therapists. I would always have to ask "am I doing this right?" And he would barely look up from his watch to say "yeah". One day he started telling me about a religious movie he had watched and recommended it to me. I explained that I am not apart of that religion. And assumed he would drop it. Instead he went on a trade about how people of my religion should convert to his religion. It was very embarrassing and I just tried to get out of the conversation. I left very upset. So I had enough and called the Parkview ombudsman. She seemed sympathetic and understood why I was upset. The next day I was called back by the ombudsman and told that the solution was that I needed to drive to the physical therapist across town instead of going to the one down the road. All I really wanted was an apology and to be assigned to a new therapist. And for this therapist to learn not to accost people with his religion. I was appalled at how this was handled so I cancelled all my appointments and called Indiana physical therapy and have been going there since."
