"nurse was extremely rude and condescending to the arabic (best guess) man that came up to ask a question. literally didn’t even move the glass window at first and very annoyedly said “what”. you’re here to help people and that’s your attitude? after closing the window it was clear the other receptionists and herself were not talking very kindly of him. SO unprofessional. she’s lucky she wasn’t talking to me that way, that’s all i’m going to say. long wait as well, but that’s the smaller issue between the two."

"The receptionist needs to learn how to speak to people without sounding rude and the wait time was a little long. I came in at a time there were only 1 person in the waiting room and no one in the back but still waited for what seemed like forever. The PA was very nice and did a thorough job of listening to my lungs and vitals."

"We are currently waiting, and have waited, for three hours for acute back pain from an injury while the entire waiting room, all of whom arrived after us, have been helped. When we inquired at the desk to understand the process and why this is happening, we were told that all the others had appointments. This is supposed to be an urgent care clinic, but many were seen for flu, Covid, etc, while a boy with an open wound on his face waited two hours and we waited even longer. We were given a phone number to call to complain about the situation and that manager blamed “the team” at the building.The doctor and staff were wonderful, but the system is not good."

"I waited 4 hours to be seen for less than 10 mins. They were in no rush whatever to see any patients. I even got there early in the day. The ladies at the check in desk were super nice; however, the nurse that did weight and vitals was not the nicest person. She mostly just seemed to hate her job to be honest which I can’t blame her but she didn’t say much but when she did she was very quiet and with a slight attitude."
