"Office staff do not like doing their job. While searching around for my medication, since there is a national shortage, I had to communicate with Erin. I was told by 2 different pharmacists that my doctors office was giving me the run around, as it had been communicated to me that one pharmacy would have to request my script from the other pharmacy due to my doctor not being able to call in my script a second time. I was informed that because it is a scheduled ii medication that the pharmacy could not request the script from another pharmacy. Trying to communicate this to my doctors office turned into a nightmare; including them redacting the script they sent to the original pharmacy all together, being told to reach out to my old doctor, whom I hadn't seen for months, and to begin the process of looking for a new provider. At that point, I had been without my medication for over a week and was unable to do my job during a very crucial time. I understand that my doctor was on maternity leave, but I would expect there to be a plan for when the doctor is out, and there is a national shortage of a medication, that they are able to make accommodations for their patients who rely on them. I did love the doctor I was seeing and find it unfortunate that I will not be able to continue to see her due to her office's professionalism or lack thereof."
"Customer service is almost nonexistent, after leaving voicemail and emails about billing, “which is done through square”, I still haven’t been able to speak with anyone on the phone. I did get a snarky email reply letting me know that they did not miss any messages from me. The number to the business is a voice recording, and you have to leave a message. Still waiting. Avoid this business."
