"The staff don't care about their clients. The buildings that they manage are maintained poorly. They are unwilling to work with you on simple issues. For example I asked to be moved to a different apartment under their management, which should be simple, but I was denied and wasn't even given a reason. The residents are all nosey and the staff cannot enforce the rules fairly to everyone. So become best buddies with them and they'll bend over backwards for you, otherwise screw you. They're very unhelpful and let issues at the apartments go on forever until it effects them. Bug problem? They don't care unless cockroaches are crawling around their office. Need a parking spot? Prepare to wait for 3 months or more, without good reason. It's income based housing which seems good, but you're better off going for a different income based apartment anywhere else in town. You'll get the same price but a better location and overall management. I do NOT recommend. Do NOT come here."
