"My experience was pleasant. Ann is always helpful & takes care of problems on a timely manner. Very clean . Only problem i had was neighbors behind me & there loud mutts which i continuously complained about. Thats the whole reason i moved there. Was there no pet policy ❤️. So it really urcked me to high heaven hearing these mindless mutts on a beautiful day bark at air."
"Unfortunately there are not a lot of good options for renting in vincennes. The apartment themselves are adequate. Nothing special or nice. However they still try to maximize price and spend very little on updates. Anne the manager has terrible costumer service very rude. I pay 695 plus 150 total in utilities for a 2 bedroom duplex. It has a garage dishwasher and laundry hookup. Asked for new carpet and for a discount due to light cigarette smell and a need to buy several air filters but they don't take care of customers. They do have a no smoking policy and no pet policy and its not next to the railroad track so its not terrible no dogs barking etc. I just think the business owners are short sighted and greedy."

"I never had any issues in the year and change I lived there. The one time I had an issue with the water heater it was fixed within a day. Overall a good place to live!"
"I rented from Ann at Jack R Dale rentals for almost 3 years. She is undoubtedly the best landlord I've had. If you're a respectful tenant, and pay your rent on time, there isn't anything she won't do to help you stay comfortable. Any first time renters or people looking for a new place should definitely give them a call."
