"Absolutely horrible. Rebekah is a MAJOR B I T C H. She threatens tenants and lies on evictions. Black mold, bed bugs, no fire alarms, no central air, leaks, ect. The B I T C H absolutely REFUSES to fix it. DO NOT RENT WHILE REBEKAH IS MANAGING."

"Lousy. They expect everything of you. They want you to put everything on hold waiting on them with only a days notice and the time window they want is huge. But if you ever need anything, no one ever answers or gets back with you. Communication is key, but this place will leave you in the dark. For all I know, you're just throwing money into a void for fun, I guess. I am so tired of this place, but leaving is not a realistic option. So I feel practically trapped here, which honestly isnt great for my mental health. If it was as easy as getting out and living somewhere else, I'd have done it. So don't move here unless you literally have no other option. It can save you from homelessness, but you're also signing yourself up to be trapped here indefinitely."

"Rent is reasonable and has free cable and internet while all utilities are included. This place has gone downhill there is no maintenance and no cable anymore. And your safety is a considerable risk to add to the kaos not only physically but mentally."

"New management! **Edited 12-27** All things considered after living here for 2 years now, it's not awful but it is somewhat of a chance for you to save a little bit of money but honestly you're better off renting a house or just somewhere other than here honestly. But if you like all utilities, free cable and free wifi at a low speed of course but hey all included, it's not for everybody but it's somewhere to start if you need it."

"Its government funded housing you get what you pay for. If you dont like it pay your own rent quit taking money from those who need it and would be happy with it. On that note really nice apartments neighbors are expected to be that of government funded status. Management (when I lived there 12/2011) was fair n took care of complaints."
