"Very nice place. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. I wish ours was like that at home. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice selection at breakfast. Plenty of items to choose from. Would gladly recommend staying here."

"Hotel is going down in quality. Have stayed there multiple times and this time was the worst. They did not mention that they had issues with their rooms. Doors to bathrooom missing, cleanliness just not quite there. Comp Breakfast was WAY over done at 6:30am. Staff was not pleasant to deal with. Only offered min discount after reporting problems. Yet they clearly state 100% satisfaction guarenteed. Hmm. Double check that statement. Overall, we will not be staying at this Hampton Inn again. Will drive the extra hour to the next one."
"The hotel was beautiful, our room was designed and laid out very nicely, the bathroom was spacious and had a great shower, but unfortunately I had to give a 3 star overall rating due to the HVAC. After hundreds of hotel stays, I do appreciate that the HVAC system allowed the fan to run constantly. This eliminates soooo many background noises and creates greater comfort than a system that kicks on and off all night. However, the thermostat was set on 70 - which should have been adequate upon entry to the room - but it was moist, had a stale smell, and the tables and floor felt sticky. Our only option was to turn it down two or three degrees, which took some of the moisture out of the air, but then it was just too cold. With such a great and relatively new hotel, it's very unfortunate that an integral and essential part of being comfortable - the temperature of your room - has either been overlooked or a poorly functioning system was installed. Either way, it's really not what I'd expect from Hampton."
"Overall, the hotel staff was very understanding, supportive and helpful. The accommodations were good quality and clean. There was complimentary free water bottles at front desk, and complimentary continental breakfast was good quality with diverse breakfast selections."
