"I had a tour of our three bedroom apartment around 1pm, she wasn’t too happy about the paint in the apartment. She came back about 3 hours later wanting her daughters to see it. When we walked in we were both surprised to see our maintenance man Joe in there painting! She looked at me and said wow, I didn’t know it would happen this fast. . Way to go Bayview maintenance, always ready, and willing to serve our residents and future residents!"

"Apartments are nice and the maintenance team is helpful, but the overall cleanliness in the community is terrible. Most of the people who own dogs do not pick up after them despite there being several places to dispose of the poop in the community. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE. I have ruined so many shoes while walking my own dog. Also, people are always throwing/leaving their trash/food all over the place. This area has so much potential to be beautiful but the people here are nasty."

"Maintenance Team is awesome! They come and do the work in a timely manner, very polite and professional. I moved out on Sept 15th 2023. I won’t lie, I left a small trash can, lamp and air up mattress. The apartment was cleaned out. They charged me $400 for trash and cleaning. Now I get $75/$100 for a thorough clean and maybe $50 to throw those 3 little items away but to try and screw someone over and charge $400 is ridiculous. I was a great tenant, paid my rent on time and have no complaints about anything else. But to charge us working class people that amount of money is ruthless. I won’t ever be coming back to these apartments just for that."

"Maintenance generally showed up within ONE hour, or at least the very same day to investigate issues, and had them resolved within 1-2 days. The office staff are operating as best they can in this economy that is lacking in good workers, but were always very helpful (Lori’s shoulders must hurt from carrying the team). Obviously some of these buildings are 15+ years old, so there are issues (insulation, plumbing etc) that can be frustrating, and I think that rent prices should better reflect the actual quality of living a bit better, but Bayview is a great option when looking for housing in the area!"
