"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I've never posted a bad review, but this apartment complex deserves all of the worst possible reviews! For starters: The apartments are dangerous with gang activity, filled with pot smokers and cigarettes, cob webs, bugs, rotting leaves, and dirt/mold! My car was actually stolen in 07/2023 from this place! It's so dangerous that a car port and all the cars underneath got burnt up also in 2023. The pool amenity hasn't worked in like 3 years and no chance of them fixing it, yet they charge you for it! And MOST IMPORTANTLY, they will, I promise you, find each and everyway to rip you off money. From making you paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars for cleaning your apt. when it's 100% clean with pictures and proof, to having a shotty website portal that won't accept payments and then charge you close to $300 in late fees and not remove them, to fining you each and every way they can. I hate this place, it's awful and the management are shrewd and evil people that live and die for their employer. DO NOT RENT HERE!!"

"Living here was the best choice I had ever made! The work orders were always completed within a day or less and done well! The office staff especially Emma were very attentive, kind and welcoming. I 100% would live here again:)"

"I really like the location of these apartment complexes. Emma is an amazing employee and always helps fix billing issues, creates fun activities for us & replies fast to emails. However while being here our appliances have had issues. Our refrigerator has had issues 3 times now which sucks because it takes maintenance almost 3 days to come by and fix it and causes our food to go bad. Thankfully the last guy fixed it! Our dishwasher floods all the time. Overall not too bad of an experience."

"I've lived here several months now and have no complaints! It feels safe, the staff is nice, the units are large, and the neighborhood itself is enjoyable. So far, my maintenance requests have been dealt with promptly and kindly, and I have had nothing but great experiences with the office staff (shoutout to Emma!). I'm very satisfied!"
