"My mailbox lock was loose and it made accessing my mailbox hard if not impossible some days. Maintenance put in a new lock. The new lock does not lock my mailbox. My mailbox is worse than before. It will not lock at all now. Also, I turned in my loose toilet “again”. I was told by maintenance that they had ordered something to attach my toilet to the floor. That was a couple months ago. My toilet is loose from the floor. It rattles loudly ever time anyone sits or gets up from it- for over 2 months now!"

"THe maintenance staff was very professional and very polite. The worked quickly and communicated well with me. Deon was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Deon also looked into my windows and told me how to work them to make sure they operated like I wanted them to. I really appreciate the customer service and professionalism. Antoinette in the office was on it as well as she scheduled the services for me as soon as I said what I needed. She worked so fast without pause and then followed up as well. Thank you all for your service!!"

"I've been at this this complex since 1988....long time. The area I'm in I prefer and this particular apt I've been in for about 16 yrs. No problems in our building. The lawn is kept groomed and the staff do a very decent job of keeping the dumpster areas cleaned up however my complaint would be the patios of the area that I'm in....weeds are growing up so tall that they have become weed trees . I've said something at the office but have been told nothing can be done. It has cause rodents to run across my patio. There is also a huge tree right outside my patio that is dying and so overgrown....huge branches break off and fall on my patio. Its dangerous. Nothing has been done or looked at to see how bad it is. I do like being here and front staff is professional and polite with me. I do treat my space like its my home and keep it maintained."

"Well, I honestly have to say that the present is better than the not so present. Take for instance, I have always had to ask the office for someone to clean and mop the common hall, but I came home the other day and it was the first time it was done without me having to call and ask them in about two years. They have also done a pretty good job keeping up with the grounds and the trash that some people still want to leave right beside the dumpster! I would still love to see the pool fixed. This is something that drew me to moving here 23 years ago. The pool was so enjoyable in the good ole days. Haven’t been able to use this amenity in years including this summer too. Overall, I think they are trying and it’s coming along slowly but surely. I think Alex knows what she is doing and the staff are nice."

"The apartments are nice and the staff is great, however it has been 2 years since the pool has been working. The gym equipment is broken more often than it works and with no air in the fitness center it's too hot to work out. I decided that it was more beneficial to get a membership somewhere else. Not to mention that my closet doors that were supposed to be fixed after I moved in are still not fixed. I was told that they were waiting on a part to rehang them (when I moved in), but it was never done and I've been in my apartment 3 years."
