"Never answer the phone , barely any staff like 1/2 people. Utility checks are never on time , maintenance stealing out of peoples apartments. Do not clean the buildings properly at all.. just a mess."

"Multiple apartments have sewage coming through the sinks. Leasing rep promised someone would be out today but no one came. I'm a caregiver to someone with a compromised immune system in these apartments and this is disgusting. I'll update it when you do something"

"I never lived here but I know the area and ride pass all the time. This is the gutter of the hood. I wouldn't recommend NOBODY live here. I'm not even sure how this place hasn't been torn down by now. Definitely unsafe."

"So I'm old live within a stones throw and people that live here have no respect for others or the property. I'm not saying every single individual, but these are new and have been completely redone twice. I would love for wonderful loving people to move here and work together to create a community that we can all enjoy. The Meadows at one time were really nice and 38th Street was were doctors offices were and they lived near by. The history of this area is rich and vibrant. No reason it cannot be again."

"Ain't a place to live Chilish people stay out here that ain't got nothing better to do with the life. Fighting over keys, man, he say she say ALL THE TIME. Ain't no type of peace out here unless it's 4 something in the morning. Rats & all that.. Alarms going off because people want to be childish.. Don't do it move somewhere decent not this terrible ass place. Now I gotta figure out how to put my kids back to sleep while this fire alarm is still going off. Just pure out childish"
