"I been here 10yr been seeing when people move out they put in laminate floors. Because I moved in at the wrong time I don't get the upgrade. I told the manager I was willing the pay for the floors. I plan on being here for th lifetime"

"Property not kept up carpet s very dirty on every floor.have a tenant here who has used the b word to several ladies and used a racial slur calling her a black b pushed. A tenant causing injury to back this person she pushed in the chest has a pacemaker.mgt has done nothing . She put a chair in the pathway of a blind tenant causing him to stumble was seen and reported mgt again did nothing. There is no heat in lobby mgt knows that the furnace is out 3 months ago . Need cameras in mail room packages have been taken. There have been numerous reports about the lack of upkeep and this tenant. The parking lot is not well lit has been reported several times afraid to be out when it gets dark."

"I have been here almost three years. I moved into an Apartment with new carpet, paint and new range. Lovely grounds. Well kept. Maintenance has been good. Close to all groceries and Glendale within walking distance. A good place."
