"The staff here is by far the worst few ive ever had to deal with. Literally had an employee tell me helping with my application was now a waste of time. Asked multiple times for a manager to help and reach out and NEVER had anyone EVER reach out. I had to stand in front of him to even get an email for a manager and then was told next I'm no longer allowed in their office. I just want my money back!! Keep your apartment"

"Let me brother fill out app and lease, pay insurance and rent. Then told him he wasn't approved. Bcuz he had no credit. He always had private landlords. Now him and his kids homeless bcuz they took his rent off his card and sent it to old address out of town."

"Personally myself I love my unit I’ve made it cozy I feel at home I have had an issue with mice I finally after 4 month of buying traps and different things to catch them I have got them all gone but they was bad next step I plan on blocking off all mice holes so they don’t come from other apt either I see some saying problems with roaches when I first moved in I also seen a few nothing crazy like legit a few I’ve been putting out treatment for that monthly just to be safe and haven’t seen any at all any apt you will deal with these things due to neighbors we all don’t live the same not all as clean as us or live the way we do witch the apt should be doing checks and getting mice and bugs under control it’s possible I got mine but the outside of the apt complex is disgusting and I’m far from being a judgmental person or blaming one kind but mainly it’s the Hispanic ppl in the front and middle of the second entrance they party all night throw glass bottles blare music trash the yard I’ve complained and they still let them get away with trashing the place I’ve replaced three tires in Six months over it I don’t wanna move I don’t have an issue with where I’m at but I don’t wanna pay 1062 a month to feel like I’m living in a slump when it’s not smh I posted some of the parts I’m talking about then some of my apt to show they can be nice and taken care of the office just needs to crack down on ppl"

"Absolute worst place to live, I've lived in really shady areas who treat their tenants better than this. I wish I would have believed the reviews when I moved in. :( Even the ones from several years ago are still true. The place is advertised to have a pool, laundry room, and a workout room. None of that is accessible. The pool was just sitting full of algae the first year and is now empty in July. We've lived here for a year and a half and it's been awful. The date we moved in, our apartment flooded while trying to hook up the washer and dryer to an extremely old and rusted hook up. Luckily they had a wonderful maintenance man at the time, who talked to us the whole time about how he was quitting that week because this property is so awful to work for. The hole he had to cut in the dry wall was giant and stayed in our living room for A YEAR! There's never parking at night for residents, it fills extremely fast and sometimes I have to walk from the apartment complex next door since the one time I parked in a non marked spot they towed my car! $300 to the towing company even though there was a visible resident pass on my dashboard and I wasn't in the way of anyone. Our ceiling is covered in water damage marks that look like they were simply just painted over. This place is the definition of "the landlord special". It looks like everything in here has just several layers of paint slapped onto it. We now have no A/C and have been trying to contact the apartment maintenance or office for a couple weeks even before it broke and it was showing signs of breaking. It's extremely hot and there's a heat advisory, our pets are all hot. I have asthma and this is making it worse. No response, even after calling the emergency line. A few months after we moved in, I went and contacted the company who oversees this property and I set up a meeting with the apartment manager over the situation here. Took off work to meet with her, got stood up! So I decided to try one more time about a week later and just ended up getting in a fight with her over the phone. Contacted her management and they said they would handle it, nothing ever came of it. So I started to give up, but recently we are just fed up. In the past, we had a gas leak (that we were able to fix on our own) and called the emergency maintenance line and no response! Glad our pets and us are still alive lol. The property is always a mess, trash everywhere and late night partying in the parking lots with loud music. We are constantly battling mice and bugs since none of the outside doors are sealed properly. The windows are old and foggy so we can't see out of half of them. We were late on rent 2 days once and they sent an eviction notice yet hadn't responded to our multiple maintenance requests at the time. We have a roommate who can't even shut his own door, we all share a master bathroom which doesn't close or lock! Our toilet upstairs constantly runs. Some of our cabinets just hang open, so I tape them shut. A neighbor just went and built a concrete bike ramp on the sidewalk in front of our apartment??? Our packages occasionally get stolen and can't get left at the front office seeing as it's always locked. We've tried to go and talk to them several times but they are never there. They don't answer the phones or respond to voicemails. Since we've moved in they haven't fixed anything except for the hole in the wall that took a year and just kept marking every maintenance request as finished without showing up. The only upside to the place is the layout and that they replace the carpet between tenants! That's it. We can't afford to move right now, but I guess we don't have a choice."

"This place is the worst place I have ever lived in. Lived here for 2 years and honestly wish I never did. Should have known on our move-in day. I get a call literally an hour before going over there to move in and they say we have to change your move-in date because I didn't follow up with them. I said "No I will be there in an hour and I will be moving in because I have paperwork that says my move-in date is today." She tries to say my place isn't ready but I still go in anyways. I get there and they still are trying to say it's my fault I didn't contact them to tell them I was coming but why should I have to when they literally wrote on the paper that it was my move-in date. They never answer their phones and are never in the office (using pandemic as an excuse). If you need anything fixed maintenance will take forever to get there and if they need "to order" a part to fix the issue you will never see them again. Our own bathroom door wouldn't close and they said it was a flooring issue. Never fixed it so bathroom door never closed(goodbye privacy). They have really old appliances and never do any inspections to make sure all things are running right. There is always glass in the parking lots and never parking spots for actual residents or even visitors. People are always super loud at night and never clean up after themselves. Look how gross this place is."
