There is no human contact with this company so if there was an issue you can’t talk to anyone about it! You have no idea if you are talking to a scam artist or a fictional company or even a real company. So if you want to throw away your money apply with this company."

We got approved in 2 days .. found a house we really liked a little above our budget and they reapplied us and approved us for an amount higher . Very pleasant so far! We get to look at the house we want Tuesday! Edit: GOT THE HOUSE!"

"This place is an absolute joke and a literally scam. I’ve been helping a co-worker who is Hispanic deal with these people and they literally tried to scam her. She moved out of a residence and they attempted to charge her rent after she returned the keys because they don’t regularly monitor their properties and a squatter got in the home. She moved because the unit had no heat and they refused to fix the issue. She applied for another home with the company and they took her application fee and never called her back. Heather is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Paul is little less unprofessional but still extremely unhelpful and rude. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! DO NOT APPLY FOR A HOME AND PAY BECAUSE IF YOU DO ANY RESEARCH, YOU WILL SEE THEY ARE ACTUALLY STEALING PEOPLES MONEY."

"It has been weeks since I turned in my application for Alpine leasing, and I have yet to get a response or determination. I've tried multiple times to contact them, but have had no luck. They sure don't mind taking people's money though....Good try on the response. We will let your 2 STARS do all the talking then, shall we?"

"Chalk up another 65 $ scammed ....from this so called lying leasing place ! I should have read the reviews BEFORE GIVING THEM ANY THING ! but if they can live with it , I can live with out it ... Our bills are not behind we make good money a month been on our jobs for years ....denied ! This place does not do proper lease or credit investigations if they did they would know. But it's all for the best if they scam 65$ for an application fee ? What will they do once they rent to you ? Food for thought."
