"My brother passed away o 01/07/2022 and I the next of kin have not been able to get into his apartment. The phone is disconnected and someone did call me back last week but I feel now it was a scam call. Who is running this place??? It’s like no one cares what is going on there. I have even called property owners several times and they don’t return calls either. This is unbelievable that people don’t have to take responsibility for their property. Just disconnect the business phone and don’t respond to messages left on answering machine or via messaging."

"The owners (Herman and Kittle's) won't fix the security door on the building @ 3761 N Meridian St. The property managers have been telling the residents they are looking over bids to repair it for over 6 months. I personally had to call Indianapolis Fire Alarm Co. in order to get the fire alarms reset after going off for over 9 hours. Just unacceptable behavior and corporate offices refuse to answer or return a phone call."
