Reviews
"I almost NEVER post reviews however, i recently relocated to the Indianapolis area and the courts of monon were affordable for starting off. that being said there seemed to be no structure at all. i waited 3.5 months for a mailbox key. I never get calls returned or messages unless it involves rent. They are not willing to work with you on late fees. they do not seem to take care of the property until last minute or things get bad. trash everywhere constantly dealing with people coming in and out getting the door codes. again office don't answer or return calls. LET RENT BE DUE AND NONE OF YOUR REQUEST HAVE BEEN MET OR CALL RETURNED but they will be on it about that money. in my opinion that's bad business. the lady who rented the apartment did not explain things. didn't even show up to the tour of the apartment to begin with. that was reported to the Muncie office and they seemingly didn't care. i acquired late fees my very first month because the woman did not even tell me the money i was paying wasn't including first month rent it for LMR and it was the agents fault but still wouldn't not help with the late fee. i could go on and on but that petty much paints the picture."
"Joe in leasing is amazing. His willingness and ability to help us really relieved so much stress!"
"My rent got lost in the system twice resulting in late fees that didnt get taken care of until I called non stop to bother them about it. One of my apartment windows is nailed shut from a previous tenant and my refrigerator door has been needing to be replaced since day one and it's almost been a year. DO NOT MOVE HERE. There is no clear communication with anyone from the office or maintenance and it's the biggest waste of money."
"Applied May 5th. application processed June 17th. Took about 4 office visits and 15 phone calls."
"First off, there doesn't seem to be an office at the location itself. I work during their day hours and needed a Saturday appointment. The woman I talked to couldn't do that next Saturday and I had to wait until the next week to even get an appointment. Friday before rolls around and I get a call that my tour needs to be rescheduled because something came up. I'm a little annoyed, but things happen. I reschedule for Tuesday. It's Tuesday. I showed up this morning 15 minutes before the tour was set up for. The time came and went and NO ONE showed up. I even attempted to call the office to see if someone could get ahold of the person who was supposed to be showing me the place and as soon as the auto call told me it was transferring me to the office, it hung up. I tried several different combinations of the menu numbers and none of them worked."
