"***UPDATE*** GOING ON MY 5TH YEAR LIVING HERE!! Below is my original review... I would not change one single word!! The best thing about living at Parkview Place Apartments is the Landlord. I know right! Speaking from past experience nothing is more terrible than coming home from a hard day’s work and having to deal with Darth Vader for a landlord. Michele Richardson of Parkview Apartments has been a blessing and a God send. She cares about and watches over each tenant’s needs and concerns as if they were her own family. Not only does she care about the property and upkeep of the building, but She is always available and knows the human touch, you do not see that in landlords today. Each tenant knows her on a first name basis and knows how to reach her even if she is out of town. To say she has a heart of gold is an understatement. She has checked on my and helped me during some health challenges- who does that? Maintenance men are nice and personable, and request are answered and completed, building is kept clean, beautiful hard wood floors, high ceilings, can decorate to make it your own if you choose, 7 floors with an elevator, not trouble receiving amazon, ups or postal packages, secured area, code needed for access, pet friendly and location 5 min from downtown, haven’t experienced a high crime rate, located right next to IVY Tech and in walking distance from eating places if you don’t have a car. "I love living in this building. The building management is great, every issue I've had has been directly addressed and resolved. The kitchen is large, the living room is large. The bedrooms are perfect size for a queen or king size bed."

"Apartment is super cute and a pet friendly building. The apartment manager cares and is readily available to help as needed. There should be a star added just for her. Great community of people."

"The management company responsible for this apartment building provided me with an unclean apartment with mud prints, fecal matter in the toilet, hairs in the bathtub, meat blood in the freezer and a dirty underwear in the closet. The thermostat and shower were also not working on the move-in day. When I asked the management to clean the apartment, they sent a cleaning crew which just mopped the floor and left. When I informed the management about the state of the apartment, they said that I had a very high standard of cleanliness when they couldn't even provide me a hygienic apartment. After repeatedly asking the management to clean the apartment, I finally gave up. When i tried to talk personally to someone in the management. I was meet with a response stating that "I am getting on their nerves" after they ignored me for weeks. Please stay away from this management company and the apartment under them"
