The Ripple Apartments & Shops

"I moved in last week and so far have had a great experience! Management is extremely responsive and helpful, thus far. Great location and I've met a few neighbors who have been here longer (all have been very friendly and even mentioned the staff has been great to them as well). Update: I have now lived here almost 2 years and have signed another renewal lease. It has been a pleasure living here. Sam & Joe (Management) are great, responsive and friendly. Luis (Maintenance) is always working on something to keep the apartments looking nice, he is excellent at his job and almost always on site. The building is cleaned regularly (I believe by a cleaning service) and they do a wonderful job as well. Broad Ripple and the surrounding area is notorious for having (seemingly) really nice apartments with terrible management or buildings that were built too quickly and poorly or aren't well maintained, so The Ripple is a breath of fresh air. Cons (if these things matter to you) -Most units do not have bathtubs (but they do have really nice showers with good water pressure) -No Pool (but there is a public pool right next to the building) Pros: -Excellent Management -Excellent Maintenance -Great Location (its right between Broad -Ripple park and the Monon) -Spacious Units (even the studios) -Free Garage Parking (there are shops underneath the apartments so sometimes customers and employees park in the garage but 90% there is a garage spot open) -Pricing is consistent and fair given the current economy & inflation rates, and is consistent with similar apartments in the area -Dog Wash -Extra storage options ($15/mo) Overall, I believe these are the best apartments in the area. There is no greater amenity than being able to live stress free, without management issues, without maintenance issues, and a feeling of safety & security."

"I am really happy to write this review about our wonderful apartment at The Ripple that we had the joy of calling home for a year (July 2022 - July 2023). Every bit of our living experience here was outstanding and exceeded our expectations in many ways. The kindness and efficiency of the management team truly stands out. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable living experience for all the residents is extraordinary. Not once did we have to wait longer than a few hours for any issues to be addressed - and this even held true even on weekends. It's more than just their prompt service that impressed us; it's the warmth and personal attention that they accorded us. The managers always recognized us, remembered our names, and even rememberred where I worked. This level of familiarity made us feel more at home than we could have imagined. The apartment itself was a delight, the apartment itself was charming, and our friends who visited were astounded that we got the apartment at the price we had. I will say as a couple who cooks together, with the kitchen stole the show. It was thoughtfully designed with plenty of counterspace and cabinets, was very spacious, and was equipped with modern amenities, making our time spent cooking and dining truly enjoyable. As dog owners we loved the location, while not necessarily an easy stroll, our apartment was conveniently located within walking distance to various shopping hubs and an array of restaurants, offering us an enjoyable mix of urban life. The monon trail is really close by and was a favorite for the time we lived there. And let's not forget the splendid park next door, especially with the new community center, this park has been a sanctuary for us, providing a wonderful place to walk our dogs and unwind in nature. Look, if you want to live near Broad Ripple, The Ripple is where you want to live. The only reason we moved away was because my work is paying for our new apartment, and we miss that kitchen so much. I seriously doubt you will find a better spot in the area. In conclusion, our apartment offered us more than just a place to stay; it was a home to 2 people who moved across the country with no support system in place. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a sense of community. If you choose to make this place your home, rest assured, you're in for a remarkable experience."

"I have lived in many apartments but my experience at The Ripple has by far been the best. Management is friendly and responsive and always willing to go above and beyond for their residents. The building is conveniently located by the park and right down the street from all the attractions that Broad Ripple has to offer.
