"I’m 6 months into my second year here. My heat stopped working , they came out immediately and repaired it. My air went out as well and they came out expeditiously and fixed that too. I’ve never seen any roaches and I hardly see kids outside unless they’re just being released from school. It’s quiet, the office staff is professional. In the first year, items were stolen out of my car. I had left the door unlocked so it wasn’t “broken” into. My only issue is the eyesore of an apartment complex next door."

"I'm a current tenant. I haven't even been here an entire year. The office manager is very rude, unhappy and unprofessional. She literally cant do the required math for her job. I have been charged 150.00 monthly since I have moved here for so called late fees, when my BANK ACCOUNT tells me when checks are cashed. Per my lease, rent is not late until the 5th of each month. I have been charged for days prior to the 5th on numerous occasions. I have even WALKED my payment to the office on THE 1st and still charged negligent charges of late fees. The other two ladies in the office are very subtle and opt out to say anything. They just want to keep their jobs. I have an active Better Business Bureau claim against this complex. If I were you I would open one as well, especially if you pay with a check or an electric check. The only reason I chose a star is cause I had to in order to post! Have a great day loves!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Unbelievably negligent of the lease contract rules when it comes to noise disturbances. When I moved in back in July, they told me they were a "no nonsense" type of office. Told me they do not put up with disturbances beyond normal living. Things were great. Had nice neighbors, no complaints. About 3 weeks ago my old neighbors moved out and we got new neighbors. There has been more than 1 physical altercation involving children, at all hours of the night/morning.... I have called and requested a "curtasy officer" to check out the issue more than once and no one has ever returned a phone call nor showed up. I called the office during business hrs and tried to speak to someone about the issue and all they said was "let me write a letter and we will see if that helps". Here it is 1am week 3 and it has not stopped. It's an on-going disturbance every night between midnight -3am. Its beyond unprofessional that the people who run this complex choose to do absolutely nothing about it. Can't wait to move out of here."

"*WARNING* ROACHES IN THIS COMPLEX!!!! My building is infested with roaches and I have seen maybe....4 since I moved in 4 months ago. My neighbors have also complained about roaches. They must be in the walls or something. It's not insane, but it is definitely nothing I want to live with. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole complex had them. I already talked to a leasing agent who informed me that a company comes out once or twice a month to spray, but I'm still seeing roaches. Also, the leasing agents are ghetto and rude and unprofessional. I will be breaking my lease. It will be money well spent to get out of here."
