"Absolutely beautiful apartments in a fun part of town. My girlfriend and I have been looking at apartments in the area and no one we have dealt with has been more kind and more fun to work with than the property manager Aaron and leasing specialist Madi at The Coil. They both were extremely personable, helpful, and accommodating when looking at leasing options. Highly suggest visiting if you’re interested, they will be great to work with."
"I moved into The Coil in July of 2020. I loved living there and had an amazing experience until new management took over in January 2022. Not only did my rent for a 1-bedroom increase from $1,800 to $2,100 immediately, but they also increased parking prices and added additional fees such as “common electric”. The property manager in the leasing office justified the price increases by saying the old management company financially ran themselves into the ground and “they should have been charging me all these extra charges all along”. Well… if that were the case, I would never have moved in. They market themselves as a certain price but be aware, there are $300-500 of additional hidden fees. In total, I was paying $2,300/month for a 1 bed, 1 bath under 1,000 sq ft. When I raised my concerns about the price increases to the property manager, she was rude and did nothing but argue with me. I would not recommend renting at the Coil, almost entirely because of the management company that it is ran by. Shoutout to their maintenance guy, Adam though. He is fantastic!"
"I have been a resident at The Coil for 5 years. I love living in the heart of Broad Ripple. I have elevator access to my grocery store, my drugstore is across the street, as is my bank. My hair design studio is a one block walk. The bars, coffee shops and restaurants are also within walking distance and there is fast reliable transportation at the corner via the Red Line. The apartment property management is stellar: friendly, prompt with requests and very professional. I looked at many properties before moving and could find no better and I am so happy I made this choice!! I would recommend The Coil for anyone seeking a luxurious home in a vibrant part of the city on the north side of Indianapolis."
"My fiancé and I moved to the Indianapolis area into The Coil a little over a year ago and we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to live. I truly don’t have a bad thing to say about our experience, the management, or the location. Maddi, Aaron, and the maintenance staff are all attentive and thorough. The direct access to the grocery store below is a game changer. Overall, our level of satisfaction has only improved since we moved in over a year ago."
"We moved in here in July for work from Ohio. Building is very nice and clean. Private parking garage with security fence. Key fobs required to get into building. Nice on-site gym with cardio and some weights. Mail room works well for all the amazon deliveries. Trash chutes to dispose of trash and valet trash pickup. Laundry machines in apartment. Nice courtyard in middle of building with 2 grills, outdoor couches and gas fire pits. Only problem so far was we had issues with our fridge when we first moved in, freezing everything. It wasn’t their fault and they were on it. Adam (handyman) was up a couple times a day until the issue was resolved. Very dog friendly, which was a must for us. Our pups have adjusted from living in house with a backyard to run around in to city living. The walking is good for all of us. Apartment is gorgeous. Hardwood floors in main living area and carpet in bedrooms. Lots of cabinet space in kitchen. Stainless steel appliances with an island. Our view overlooks waterway where we get to watch the turtles, geese, ducks and a couple of muskrats. Surrounding area of Broad Ripple is awesome. So many locally owned restaurants and bars. Diverse ethnic makeup of people and food. Walking trails and cute streets to take our dogs on walks. We feel safe too in this area. Love love Broad Ripple. Oh, and a grocery store on first floor! So convenient. We love the Coil and glad we moved in here. Madi and Aaron have made us feel welcomed since we moved in. I recently had knee surgery and they have helped with furniture delivery and check on me. They make us feel like family. Highly recommend The Coil. Come visit and check it out."
