"I have now lived here for a couple months. I love the location and the Broad Ripple neighborhood where have been a resident and nail salon owner for many years. I was a bit worried about the noise from outside due to being right on the Monon, but it’s surprisingly quiet. The apartments are nice because they are new, but as with all these newer buildings they are quite expensive but it’s comparably priced. So far utilities have been very reasonable. I have not had any major issues and staff is helpful when asked. My biggest complaint is you will definitely hear EVERY STEP from the neighbor above you. I really don’t hear their music or TV, but the noise and vibration from heavy walking is almost enough to make me crazy and it seems to be only one person. I don’t think they are technically doing anything they shouldn’t be so potentially an issue with newer cheaper construction, but it’s constant and late into the night. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to consider that. It’s quite frustrating. I am in a corner unit, and I do not hear anything from one my neighbor next door, which is great. With everything else, so far so good."
