"My experience has been great since we moved here. The office people are helpful but maintenance is always on it. Everytime I step outside I see Bruce hard at work doing something. Definitely one of if not the best maintenance man I've ever encountered. Keep up the good work Bruce!!"

"This is what you get for more than 1,000 a month.This almost hit me, my cousin, and my neighbor in the face. This is only one of the many issues. Last week I couldn’t do my laundry and had to wait a week for them to fix the money card machine and to make matters worse I basically have to play a mini game to get one of the washers to work. There’s definitely more just RUN!"

"I have lived here since February and I have loved my stay! The community is clean and quiet. I have never felt unsafe while being on the property. The management team is also fantastic! Anna answers any questions that I have and always takes time out of her day to respond to any concerns that I may have. I am so happy with the community that I chose to be home. Another great benefit.. you can customize your apartment to really make it feel like home. I love the environment here!"

"I just moved in not too long ago and I’ve really enjoyed my stay so far. The only downfall is the fact that we have to pay to do our laundry like one would at a laundry mat but other than that, this place is great. It’s nice and quiet, the rent money is worth it. The apartments are nice and spacious and the people living here are friendly. Management is real nice and easy to communicate and work with. Definitely would recommend coming to live here if you’re looking for a nice, quiet place in Indianapolis that has a country feel to it. There’s also a nice scenic nature trail across the street and we have a pool here. 10/10 would recommend."
