"I’ve been here since 2021 and it has become such a landslide of terrible I don’t know where to begin. Do you enjoy random fire alarms and no one to turn them off? Do you enjoy paying for amenities that you don’t get? Or how about an unsecured building? Currently paying for an enclosed parking spot that hasn’t been closed for over a month, and this isn’t the first time. Save your money, go somewhere else you certainly will regret Park 66. EDIT: I told myself i'd remove this review when the problems were fixed. 2 1/2 weeks later nothing has been resolved and my car has been gone through in the "parking garage" for the second time since. Police Reports filed, MOVE ON from park 66."
"Was there for 3 days it through Airbnb,it was pretty cool experience it was clean and lots of restaurants and bars to explore. Uber and lift with reasonable prices…But on my 2nd day we had a fire alarm going on for more than 30 minutes because somebody put the stove on self cleaning a left, so we had to stand outside until firefighters said it was safe to go back inside."
"I had to move out due to a fire at the property ( which was not management's fault) I moved to another Birge & Held Community. Lylenel has been more than helpful on multiple occasions during the transition. Most recently he was most accommodating in me getting my storage items from the pod storage due to fire earlier this year. Thank you."
"Park 66, more like Park 666. In the past two months, my apartment has flooded (broken fire suppression system), and the complex has caught on fire. During the flood, it took the management team over five hours to turn the fire suppression system's water off, so everything in my unit was completely ruined. They did not cover my renter's insurance deductible or compensate me in any way, despite the excessive response time. During the fire, a large portion of the complex (33 units) got flooded again with water. The hallways reek of mold and there are no amenities. I did not have a fridge for almost a week. The roof is still leaking from the fire over a month ago. Rent is full price. Living here, you are at the mercy of Birge&Held. If you still decide to live here despite the reviews, I would recommend getting renter's insurance (which is not required) and having a "go" bag ready."
"The current state of the building isn’t safe following a recent fire. It’s a construction zone with mildew and wet carpets. Holes in the ceiling let rain water in. The fire alarm system is not active. Management does not respond to concerns when residents reach out about these issues. Management does not appear to communicate effectively with their contracted demolition team. We know that the walls and carpets will be stripped on all floors. We have been told that rent will *increase* if we renew our leases."
